2010 Constructed Qualifer update - update

Update: the Buffalo qualifier is organized on June 19th, instead of May 22nd. Other organization details remain the same.

Due to last minute conflicts, the Indianapolis qualifier is delayed until June 19th, and the qualifier in Surrey (close to Vancouver) is now properly listed. These changes are listed in the updated 2010 Constructed Qualifer factsheet.
