L would not hold my breath. Unless some major changes take place, this is really not going to happen.
Make your own, a la EC, then, if they're used, maybe, just maybe, they'll get adopted?
Personally, I'd like to see them developed and would find corporate affairs interfering with keeping a fan-run game as self-defeating.
A friend and myself were planning on statting these figs up. I'd put the same question to the Guild a while back and didn't get any indication it was on the agenda.
If all goes well, we'll shine them on this way and you can have a look.
Cheers!
Rob
Yeah, self-made is the way to go. After the WotC minis supply slowed down, I've designed two homemade-DDM sets of 70-ish cards for minis of other manufacturers and some mods. For this PfH&M set I recruited a couple of friends to co-design and we're halfway through with the first versions.
They're fun to use in the games at home at least, especially scenario play. I'm not that much into putting them out to the www as I'd rather maintain the official game intact. Of course, if the circumstances change (waiting on some news), my opinion may change.
So, in my experience, designing homemade stats is fun and gives some more insight into how stats work in the context of the whole game and what needs to be thought of when designing them. You'll come to respect well-designed, ground-breaking figures and their designers even more.
I'm warming up to the idea of statting up these guys. We play with house rules exclusively and, like everyone else, have our favorite skills, abilities and powers we like to wield. I'm bringing in a Spell Compendium to bone up on what's possible.
It shouldn't be rocket science either, as the existing stat cards will serve as templates for basic data for each creature type.
Good to hear you think it's fun; we're looking forward to it!
Best of the Holidays all!
A little gift

Nice little package under the tree there, thanks! As I said, we are going to base out profiles from existing creatures and that's a help rounding up some decent reps.
Alright, so I've made the decision so restat the cards meself. Where do I go about looking for the templates to use? I'd like to be as close to what the guild uses as possible. What programs would be best to use for this?
This post vanish with the site's technical problems.

Nice list of equivalencies, Zimut.
To Frost:
I don't think the Guild has released the card template. WotC certainly has not released their old 2.0 template.
Several people have their own templates where the end result is very much like that of the official cards. They might be willing to share. (I don't have one.)
For home-made cards, I open the Guild pdf with illustrator.
You need some luck, sometimes it works, sometimes not !!!
...and a little bit of photoshop to finnish ...
Really liking these new figures. They have almost a metallic click to them when you set then on a hard surface or rattle them in a box. I much prefer this hardness to the soft DDM material.
So, has anyone taken a stab at statting some of these. We have not, as yet, but thinking about it.

Here is one home-made card for the Black Dragon ...
