Howdy Folks,
I am new to the DDM game and have a question regarding the Revised Cards.
The older sets have cards with a drawing of the miniature on them, love this look. The newer sets do not have a drawing and have a lot more information on them.
a) Is one kind of card better than the other?
b) Are the two kinds of cards compatible?
c) Is there a place to get all of one kind of card or the other?
d) The page states the FAQ is still needed because the cards are not complete. Is this still true?
The rules show how to use the latest version (no drawing and more stats like Will, Fort, Ref, etc.
One reason I ask is because in some card sets they have changed the Key Words for some of the miniatures. Some Warforged units are called "Constructs" in some sets and "Warforged" in other sets. Are both correct? How is someone new to know? For a new guy it is all kind of confusing.

The older sets were the cards put out by WOTC (wizards of the coast)and the newer cards are the ones put out by the DDM Guild. As for one being better than the other, I'd have to say it depends on your preferance. I prefer the older cards just because of that little drawing, but there are others that prefer the newer cards because it has all the defenses listed individually.
Yes both cards are compatible, however if there are cards from both types for one fig it is generally the DDM guild card that is considered the correct one if there are any differences.
For all the cards just scroll up and click on the "rules and cards" tab and go to revised edition. The only link that isn't there is the new dragon set that just came out (it's on a different page).
Not sure what you mean by that last question though.))
If you look at the back of the rules (on same page as the card download) you will see that some keywords have been changed to others. I think it was done just to get rid of some keywords.))

Are there plans to redo the older cards into the new DDM style?
My last question was referring to the statement on the Cards Page that says the cards are not updated and you need the errata sheet and the cards to play.
I looked up and saw the Keyword changes, however it does not address many of the Keyword changes. For example; Warforged or Construct? Different sets use different keywords. The main reason I am asking is to sort my minis. I want to sort by keyword into bins.

Warforged and Construct are separate keywords. The keywords are not automatically same for apparently similar creatures, they are one way of differentiating playing pieces strategically, gamewise, not so much storywise.
No plans to redo the WOTC cards into the DDM guild cards that I know of.
As to your last question, the errata sheet just fixes some typoes and some things that were left out of the cards that should have been put in. Makes clearer some other things. It's not absolutely necessary to have, but it makes things easier.
And as for me I'd put the warforged and constructs in the same bin. They're close enough.))
