Is Drizzt a legal creature by Regdar's warband building ability?

Yes, that is a legal Evil Borderlands warband.
But remember that the Warband building power 'targets' the player, and a player cannot be affected by multiple warband building powers (due to the duplicate effects rules). So this warband is not legal:
Evil, Borderlands, Storm Silverhand (57), Lareth the Beautiful (54), Warpriest of Vandria (40), Regdar, Adventurer (20), 171 pnts, CR 3, 4 acts
Storm Silverhand can be pulled in by Regdar, Adventurer, but Storm is not allowed to pull in good Elf or Human creatures, such as the Warpriest of Vandria

Thanks for your help, your explanations was cool!
Here in Brazil, I would like play sometimes with this warband, but I was afraid that's not legal, and others players didn't know answer me.
I don't think that is a competitive warband, but it's funny to see Drizzt and Artemis together...
another time,
thanks
Sounds like fun. I have a Warband you might want to try.
