Just curious if there are going to be tournaments like last year at NEONCON? Planning on being in Vegas that week and would like to attend if ddmguild is involved.

I'd like to see some DDMGuild games at NeonCon too. For some reason, details about this year's convention are pretty hard to come by even at this time. About all I know for sure is that it will be at the Tropicana again and that it will be November 3rd thru 6th. Anything else is pure speculation at this point.
As long as we are discussing it, what events would you like to do? My favorite is the Dungeon Run by far. The 30 minute skirmishes are a bit too stressful for me. Dungeon Run might be all I play in this year for DDM.
I'd like to see us run some of these amazing scenario games that are posted on DDMGuild.com at the convention. Would show a different aspect of the game to observers and would be fun to play them with people we don't normally game with at home.
At least two from our group are already planning go to NEONCON if there are DDM tournaments. We're hoping that there will be a 200-point constructed tournament of some kind -- maybe the North American Arena championship? Last year all the events(the Vegas Open Constructed, the Limited Championship, the 100-point Arena, Dungeon Run, Auction Draft and Community Draft)were well-planned, well-run and lots of fun.
Yes, there will be tournaments at NEONCON.
Its the last tournament where I know for sure the Guild will be running events. Beyond that, we just have to see what WoTC wants.
There will be a limited championship of some type as well.
I tend to think that attendance will be very good this year, and it was already on an upswing last year. It has become my favorite DDM event of the year.

The NeonCon website is updated and DDM stuff is showing up on it now. There are DDM events scheduled for each day of the convention. I'm most looking forward to the Dungeon Run. It's my favorite variant of the game.

After you go to this site, mouse over the word "schedule" in the ribbon at the top of the page. Then, mouse over the word "games" then click on the word "miniatures games". Tickets are discounted for everyone this year (compared to full price last year) without needing promo codes. It's $50 for all four days online or at the door. If you want to come for less than four days, it is $25/day and you pay at the door.
